  1. General Information

    LootCat is a digital marketplace where Creators can list and sell digital goods, content, and branded items directly to their Fans (Customers). The platform acts as an intermediary to facilitate transactions and digital delivery.

  2. Key Definitions

    Creators: A verified content creator who lists digital goods or services for sale on the platform.

    Customer/User: Anyone who purchases or interacts with listings on LootCat.

    Digital Goods: Includes virtual items such as overlays, emotes, signed media, digital collectibles, fan access passes, and other non-tangible items.

  3. Account Eligibility and Registration

    You must be at least 18 years old to use LootCat. Users under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

    By registering, you:

    • Confirm you meet age and eligibility requirements;
    • Agree to provide accurate and complete registration information;
    • Agree not to use the Services in any unlawful or abusive manner.

    LootCat reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

    You acknowledge that When you access or use our website, your IP address will be automatically collected and logged as part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the security, integrity, and performance of our services. This includes activities such as logging in, submitting forms, or interacting with site features. The collection of IP addresses is strictly for security-related purposes, such as detecting unauthorized access, monitoring suspicious activity, and preventing fraud. This data is considered personal data under the PDPA, and we treat it with the same level of confidentiality and care as all other personal data. Logged IP addresses are stored temporarily and securely, and are automatically deleted on a rolling daily basis, unless required for the investigation of malicious activity or legal obligations. By using our website, you consent to the collection and temporary use of your IP address for these legitimate security purposes.

  4. Marketplace Use

    For Creators:

    • You retain ownership of your original content but grant LootCat a license to host, market, and distribute your listings.
    • You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all uploaded content.
    • You agree to fulfill all orders in a timely manner.

    For Customers:

    • Purchases grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use purchased digital goods.
    • All purchases are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  5. Payments and Withdrawals

    All transactions on the platform are processed securely using Stripe. No platform wallet or internal currency is used.

    To make a purchase, you must use a Stripe-supported payment method in your name. All transactions are subject to Stripe’s terms and may include processing fees as determined by Stripe.

    For Creators, payouts from sales are processed via Stripe. You must:

    • Complete identity verification (KYC);
    • Provide a valid Stripe-compatible payment destination in your name.

    Minimum withdrawal: USD $10

    Maximum withdrawal: USD $1000/day

    Processing time: up to 7 business days

    All financial activity on the platform is managed directly through Stripe. LootCat does not store or manage user funds.

  6. Content Guidelines

    Users may not post, list, or distribute content that is:

    • Infringing on intellectual property
    • Fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful
    • Obscene, hateful, or discriminatory
    • Promoting illegal activities

    LootCat reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

  7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

    The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

    LootCat is not liable for:

    • Content posted by Users
    • Failure of delivery by Streamers
    • Downtime, data loss, or cyberattacks

    Total liability shall not exceed the greater of (i) $100 or (ii) the amount paid by you to LootCat in the 6 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

  8. Suspension and Termination

    LootCat may suspend or terminate your account if:

    • You breach our Terms.
    • You engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct.
    • You fail KYC/AML verification.

  9. Refund Policy

    All purchases on LootCat are considered final unless the product is proven to be defective or undelivered. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

  10. Intellectual Property

    All LootCat branding, design, and software are the property of LootCat Pte. Ltd. All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

  11. Changes to Terms

    We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms

  12. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved in Singapore courts, unless otherwise required by law.
